USPS Shipments...

- Packages are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking and drop-off without signature.

- Packages weighing less than 1lbs are sent USPS First Class and do not have a tracking number.

- Cut off time for next day shipping is 6pm.

Hilo & Oahu Pick Up...

- Same day pick up from Hilo or Oahu location available for orders placed before 9am.  You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order is ready. After receiving "ready for Pickup" email you may pickup your order.....
Oahu - Monday through Friday between the hours of 11am-2pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Hilo - Anytime 24/7. 

Hilo Delivery...

- Deliver available for Hilo. Cut off time for next day delivery is 6pm of the night before. Delivery days and times are Tuesday & Thursday from 2-4pm.
